Alanya AI operates an automated assistant that replies to direct messages (DMs) sent to our Instagram account @alanya_ai. This policy explains what information we process when you message us, why we process it, and the choices you have.

What we process

When you send a DM to @alanya_ai, we process the content of your messages and your Instagram-provided sender identifier. We do this only to understand your request and reply to you automatically.

Why we process it

To generate and send automated replies to your messages.
To keep a short conversation history so replies stay relevant and in context.

How replies are generated

To produce replies, your message text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely for the purpose of generating a response. It is not used for advertising or profiling.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your messages or personal data with third parties for their own marketing. The only parties involved are those strictly necessary to deliver the service — Instagram/Meta, which delivers the messages, and our AI provider, which generates the replies.

Data retention

Conversation history is stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity. We keep only what is needed to maintain a coherent conversation.

Your choices & data deletion

You can request deletion of your conversation data at any time. Send us a message on Instagram at @alanya_ai or email us at the address below, and we will delete your stored conversation history.
